Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Ritz FMS training team to develop comprehensive training procedure manuals, guides, and training materials, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our individuals/participants (a group of children with mental illnesses and physical disabilities). This includes creating handouts, visual materials, and other resources that cater to various participants' learning styles and abilities.

  • Design and implement training program plans to equip individuals/participants with the necessary skills and knowledge. This includes effectively designing training content, assessing training outcomes, and providing individual guidance to meet each person's unique needs.

  • Utilize various training techniques or formats to present information and training content, such as simulations, online/offline videos, or lectures, to ensure participants' understanding and engagement in the program.

  • Assess training delivery methods, oversee the implementation of individual plans, and track progress towards goals. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to help participants overcome challenges and stay on the right track.

  • Identify and integrate various educational and training resources applicable to individuals. Collaborate with schools, vocational training institutions, and community service organizations to ensure individuals/participants have access to the resources and support they need and that their voices are heard and respected in the program and broader community environment.

  • Offer constructive feedback to individuals/participants, employing positive reinforcement strategies to inspire, motivate, or bolster their confidence and progress. Observe and evaluate individuals/participants’ performance and behavior. Prepare reports detailing individuals/participants’ activities and performance.

  • Collaborate with other professionals, organizations, and stakeholders involved in supporting related programs. Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and professional organizations to share knowledge and resources.

  • Develop and implement language acquisition and social skills enhancement initiatives aimed at improving individuals' linguistic and interpersonal capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in TESOL, Language Study, Education, or related fields;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organization;

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
